Today we had out Ch. 15 test. Tomorrow you will get your role assignments for the Supreme Court simulation and have the chance to familiarize yourself with the cases.
Today we finished up our discussion about the Supreme Court and the process of granting cert. Tomorrow we will briefly cover judicial activism and restraint and judicial interpretation of the Justices. You should have some time to study for your test/work on KBATs so you may want to bring your textbook tomorrow. Chapter PowerPoint is on the resources tab.

Today we finished up discussing factors affecting the selection of federal judges. Over the weekend, please be sure you vote for TWO cases for our Supreme Court simulation. I would like to have results on Monday.
