Today we began looking at the structure and growth of the bureaucracy. If you were gone, you may want to come in and make-up the lecture or at least get the notes from a classmate.

Today we wrapped up our look at the presidency by discussing Congress' response to the imperial presidency. Make sure you have a good handle on the checks and balances/powers of both Congress and the President. The Ch. 12 PPT is on the resources page.
